2. Data we process
Depending on how you use the site, we may process:
- data you submit in forms (name, email, phone, message content, project details),
- technical data (IP address, cookie identifiers, browser and device information),
- analytics data about your use of the site (only after you consent to analytics cookies).
3. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR)

4. Recipients (processors)
We use service providers such as:

- Resend or another email provider for form delivery,
- Sanity CMS,
- hosting / CDN providers (e.g. Vercel, Cloudflare).
Data processing agreements are in place where required.
5. Transfers outside the EEA
We primarily use providers in the EEA or with adequate safeguards. Any transfer outside the EEA would rely on SCCs or another valid mechanism under GDPR.
6. Retention
- enquiries and form messages: up to 24 months after last contact unless law requires longer,
- accounting records: as required by tax law, where applicable,
- analytics: per PostHog settings and retention policy,
- security logs: typically up to 180 days.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
8. PostHog analytics
We use PostHog to understand how the site is used. It may record page views, actions, technical parameters, and — only with your consent — session replays. Form fields are masked. The tool is not activated before you accept analytics cookies. IP addresses are not sent to PostHog in our configuration.
9. Voluntary data
Providing form data is voluntary but necessary to respond or prepare a quote.
