Cookie Policy
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) are covered here as “cookies”.
2. Who manages cookies
The site is operated by Patryk Skolimowski (patryk@pskolimowski.pl).
3. Types of cookies
Essential (no consent required)
- locale — remembers your language (PL/EN),
- cookie_consent / ps_cookie_consent — stores your consent choices,
- technical cookies required for security and operation.
Analytics (consent required)
- PostHog — visit statistics, events, session ID; with consent also session replay. Processed using PostHog infrastructure in the EU. Disabled until you click “Accept all” or enable analytics in settings.
Marketing
We do not currently use advertising pixels. This policy will be updated if that changes.
4. Managing consent
- on first visit you will see a banner with equal choices: Accept all, Essential only, Customize,
- the footer link Cookie settings lets you change your choice anytime,
- withdrawing consent stops PostHog and session recording.
5. Legal basis
Essential cookies — legitimate interest / service necessity. Analytics — consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and ePrivacy rules).
6. Retention
Consent storage: up to 12 months or until changed. Session cookies — until the browser is closed. Persistent cookies — per max-age (e.g. language: 12 months).
7. PostHog
After consent we enable page views, events (e.g. CTA clicks), and optionally session replay with masked form fields. Without consent no PostHog analytics requests are sent.
